 Great location right in the middle of most of the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms at the front could be noisy because of passing trams but back rooms were quiet. Rooms are fairly small but clean.- 17-Jul-2007
Hotel in good position rooms clean though air con did not work properly and requests for it to be fixed were met with a so what attitude.

This was a comfortable, well-located hotel, and we would stay there again. The standard double rooms on the street appeared to be considerably larger than the standard off-street rooms and were not noisy when the windows were closed. Requesting a street room might be worthwhile if space is a consideration. Minor drawbacks were that most of the desk staff spoke very little English or any other language, and the ventilation sometimes seemed to be circulating smoky air into the room. The 4 EU/pp shuttles near the hotel are a cheap and reliable alternative to taxis to the airport.- 27-May-2007
