Once we have received your "Group Booking Request" form and availability has been confirmed, you will be forwarded, via email, a copy of the Group Booking "Terms and Conditions". At that stage, should you wish to proceed with this booking, you must sign and return the completed "Terms and Conditions" to the fax number shown on the Terms and Conditions form.

Credit card details are required below, however your card will NOT be charged until your booking is confirmed. Please note that there is minimum cancellation fee of 100 Euros (or equivalent) should you decide to cancel once we have confirmed the booking.
