 This is the third time I have stayed at the Balmoral - it simply cannot be beaten. A first class hotel in every sense. Comfortable, calm and peaceful. The staff are courteous and very helpful all the time and nothing is too much trouble. The food is also wonderful. I would highly recommend this five star hotel and will definitely stay there again.- 23-Aug-2007
Absolutely fantastic hotel ..great service with a prime location, they simply dont get any better than this .. the only problem i had was the fact that checkout was strict at 2 pm despite request - 16-Aug-2007
