my recent stay at a Jetwing hotel in Nuwara Eliya surpassed expectations; the service, food, and rooms were exceptional. The experience at Jetwing Warwick Gardens was especially satisfying and I would recommend any Jetwing hotel to others.

One thing was missing or wasn't working.

We stayed at a beautiful colonial-style property and was upgraded to a suite with a balcony. the buffet provided a wide array of options for breakfast and dinner, which we enjoyed. the well-maintained gardens were perfect for relaxing or taking a leisurely stroll. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel's converted English colonial mansion was a sight to behold, with stunning architecture and beautiful reception, bar, lounge, and restaurant areas. the room had a comfortable bed and a lounge area with complimentary chocolate cake and tea, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient, allowing for easy access to explore the town.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to most tourist attractions. The back garden doesn't offer much to look at, but it provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant has a set menu with a few choices, but the staff are friendly and attentive.

The room we stayed in was damp and had a strange smell.

the beautiful sun terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the stunning garden area. the staff provided excellent service and made us feel incredibly welcome. the in-room breakfast was exquisite and met our needs. the restaurant provided a fantastic selection of food, including halal options. We particularly enjoyed the packed lunches, which were perfect for our day trips.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the TV, which sometimes experienced a poor signal on international channels. this was not a significant issue and did not detract from our overall experience.
