The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff who provide with tourist information. The breakfast is good and room service is adequate.- 27-Mar-2008 Nice clean hotel in an excellent location right on copacabana beach...The only thing missing in the hotel was a swimming pool.
Free wi-fi internet would have been a nice touch...u can get broadband internet for R$ 15 per day though, which is not bad.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good and room service meals were nice too.
The concierge service was great, the guys are very helpful with arranging tours and taxis.
