 Good hotel for one night either before or after flying in/out of LA. Our room very spacious with full size fridge, microwave and coffeemaker all very useful. Some rooms overlook a nice courtyard with door straight out and with outside tables and sunbeds which would be great for a longer stay. Too far to walk to centre of town but bus service is good and cheap (75cents for most places!). Also on good Blue Bus route to LAX and only 1.25 dollars each with one easy change. Air con really noisy so had to open windows and put up with a little bit of traffic noise instead. There is another Travelodge on the beachside but I would say it's much more expensive than this one.- 30-Jun-2009 |
