 The start wasnt good as they had no resord of our booking and then they booked us on a city tour and the price was double what we would have paid to a travel agent. Apart from that they recovered and had a nice staff. Location was good as it was near the Metro and the cleanliness of that was outstanding. We loved Santiago and would love to return.- 23-Feb-2009 Bottle of Evian water placed in room for which there was a charge if option to use was taken. This was in contrast to other hotels used, of same rating, where bottles of water were freely available in rooms and new ones made available each day.
In contrast free, unlimited, internet access was available 24 hr.
Dinner taken in hotel, on arrival at 10pm, which was very welcome after 3.5 hr flight. Quality of food very good and very reasonably priced.
