 Not quite as impressive as the web site phot's depict but clean and presentable with an excellent view of Hyde Park. Staff helpful and provided free upgrade. The hotel is well placed for two tube stations so access to the city is very straight forward and a range of shops pubs etc within walking distance. There is some road noise but this is normal for the area. Only downside is the cost of breakfast, £15pp is about on par for other hotels but there are many alternatives within walking distance. Car parking is secure and cheaper than most at £25 per 24 hours. - 27-Oct-2009 Very nice staff and service was good. Clean rooms with good beds but average facilities. Had a great wiew over Hyde Park.- 22-Oct-2009 Excellent location, close to tube and bus. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Convenience store for snacks located at petrol station beneath hotel. Had a couple of glitches with reservation, etc. which were resolved in a satisfactory manner.
