My wife and I spent a long weekend in Vienna at the IRSV, Renaissance Hotel. We upgraded ourselves to Club Class which we found good value overall. The Hotel is next to a major site, the Belvedere and it was convenient for seeing it, although it is recommended to take public transport to get to the centre of Vienna e.g. Tram and/or tube otherwise it is a good 30-40 minute walk. Our room was average size but comfortable. The bathroom was satisfactory but needed an air extractor.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall a comfortable hotel on the fringes of the Vienna centre.- 05-Feb-2009 |
