The cozy and clean hotel, comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, incredible staff, amazing room-service entrees, perfect location for walking.

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The location was superb, with easy walking access to museums and a wide variety of great restaurants in this vibrant neighborhood. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We also appreciated the convenience of parking and the availability of transportation services. The staff truly stood out, from the friendly and helpful bell hop and front desk clerks, to the exceptional housekeeper who went above and beyond to meet our needs. Additionally, the bakery chef's small batch of cookies was a delightful surprise. this hotel provided a fantastic experience with its convenient location, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and welcoming staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of everything. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location was beyond perfect! It was right in the heart of everything and I was able to easily explore the city. There were so many great restaurants and attractions nearby, making it really convenient. The staff here were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was nice and quaint, not giving off that typical hotel vibe. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service, which made getting around even easier. I had a fantastic experience here.

One Night in the city. Although the smallest room they had was really small, it was fine for the short amount of time we were there.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown Charlotte and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within 10 minutes walking distance to all the key sites in the Uptown Area. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city without needing to rely on transportation.
