 The lift/elevator was out of action for the duration of our stay and there was no hot water for a shower one of the days. The cleaning staff didn't always top up supplies. BUT reception staff outstandingly friendly and helpful. In all though, poor value compared to the new york hotel.- 16-Jul-2009 Front desk people were very helpful and friendly and efficient.
