All good, fulfills its purpose. The hotel features a 24-hour bar with a great selection and a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

the furniture was old and ugly, and I wouldn't dare mention the dirty towel, but at least they managed to find me a fan covered in dust, how special! I almost thought to leave a good review, but the total lack of room upgrade for my discomfort was absolutely shocking. I would have expected royal treatment, honestly.

The noise from nearby nightclubs was quite disruptive, making it difficult to catch some quality sleep!!! Also, the small room size felt a bit cramped for comfort, and there weren't enough electrical sockets near the bed for convenience!!!

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the stylish on-site bar where I could unwind after a day of exploration. The courtyard was a welcome escape when the weather cooperated. My room had all the necessary amenities for comfort. The breakfast was varied, featuring both continental and full Scottish options, ideal for someone coming from Italy. I found this place ideal for a blend of relaxation and adventure. This is the best Ibis we have ever stayed at, so we keep coming back.

Superb location with quick access to the Royal Mile and Grassmarket. Staff were exceptionally friendly, even allowing early check-in. However, the lack of sufficient plug sockets near the beds made it inconvenient. Overall, an enjoyable experience despite minor issues, and very clean accommodations throughout our stay.

this hotel is super central, like really close to everything awesome in edinburgh, especially the royal mile. we had a really spacious and clean room, and the beds were comfy. the breakfast was pretty good too with lots of options. the staff were friendly and even let us check in early, which was cool. overall, it was a lovely stay!

On the downside, the nighttime noise from nearby clubs made it difficult to sleep some nights, and I noticed a lack of power outlets near the bed. Nonetheless, the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made it a pleasant base for exploring.

My stay was lovely! The room was cozy, and the little snacks were a delightful surprise. Getting ice for my ankle every evening felt like a warm hug from the staff.

However, a fridge would have been nice, and Friday night at the bar was louder than a bagpipe concert!
