 An eexcellant service, a fantastic christmas. right in Kaprun centre, ski stop next to hotel. Luxury of 5 star. Wellness excellant and very clean however for us Brits, you have to do the Austrian thing and take your clothes off in there. You do have a towel to cover up your bits, and after the first time, it is a piece of cake. you need a sauna after a day on the pist. We will book again and take all 3 kids too. Not much for them to do but they survivied, free internet service available. Local shops not over priced as in most ski resorts. No queueing for lifts on the pist either. One thing to note is that everyone dresses up a lot more than in your local apres ski establishment, and Christmas day is 24th Dec and some were in black tie. Drinks in the evening are accompanied by piano music and most guys had trousers and a shirt, not many jeans and definately no ski wear. It really depends what you want.
