Silver Oaks Inn Manukau is located just 8 minutes from the Auckland International Airport and is only 15 minutes from city centre. The Inn is close to numerous places such as Golf courses, Wiri, East Tamaki commercial districts and shopping areas.

 Had a great stay, close to conference and shopping. Would stay again.- 17-Sep-2008 Rather tired and run down, could do with some serious sprucing up. Facilities extremely basic, no microwave if one wanted to heat up infant food.
No assistance with transporting luggage to the second floor and a set of stairs with no ramp access once on the second floor after alighting the painfully slow lift. Staff on the whole courteous and the rooms clean. - 12-Dec-2007 Handy for the airport but a bus ride to city centre takes an hour and a taxi costs about NZD40. Hotel showing signs of wear and tear, water leak into one of the corridors makes the carpet smell. Service in the restaurant chaotic, the staff didn't know what they were doing, gave meals to the wrong tables, long delays for no apparent reason, forgot to charge for meals on bill etc. All in all not a bad experience, but I wouldn't stay there if it weren't handy for the airport.- 12-Mar-2007 |
