 The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Madrid. Hotel is good and people in reception are very nice and helpful. We would again stay at this hotel but if hotel management takes into consideration the only disadvantage of this hotel-terrible inflexible bed. Beds are really unconfortable, particularly the mattress which is like a wood.
