We enjoy staying in a quiet area near a beautiful park, just a short walk from main attractions.

The breakfast could be more consistently hot and appealing.

Heaps good place, great breakfast and friendly staff. But my room was a bit cold, and the noise from the pipes was a buzzkill. Still, I'd come back for that breakfast!

Rooms are unexpectedly cramped for the price!!! Heating and air conditioning systems need attention!!! Inconsistent shower quality and poor pressure can really ruin a relaxing experience!!! Elevators frequently have issues, which is frustrating!!!

Had a lovely time! The breakfast was fantastic (seriously, such a spread! ). The hotel staff was always friendly and attentive. Plus, the location was super convenient for exploring the city and a short walk to the sea near Leith.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a delightful selection of options, including hot and cold sandwiches. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the dining room could benefit from a more welcoming atmosphere. Despite enjoying a comfortable suite, some noise from the bathroom pipes at night proved slightly disruptive.

Spent a lovely two nights enjoying afternoon tea, which was delicious and beautifully presented in a sunlit lounge overlooking the garden. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing with chairs and tables to unwind. The only hiccup was waiting a bit longer for a booked taxi, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

Location is fantastic. right by lovely old gardens near the city centre. The breakfast was exceptional with tons of choices. and the room came with tea/coffee facilities and cozy robes. A delightful stay for sure!

The staff were super chill and welcoming, made me feel right at home. I loved grabbing cocktails in the cozy lounge area. The view from the nearby Carlton Hill is amazing! Only bummer was the bathroom pipes were kinda noisy at night. Overall, a great experience that I'd totally recommend!

Enjoy the lovely bar area for evening cocktails and inquire about dining options as some meals may be limited. Book ahead for the restaurant to avoid disappointment during peak times!

Reception was super friendly, but Wi-Fi speed needs improvement. Cozy lounge area was great.
