 Location is excellent, right off Orchard road and all the shops. The underground train station is really near and easy to get anywhere in Singapore from this location by taking the train. The room was a bit small, and I had to change the initial room because of a mouldy smell, but the 2nd room was a lot better and the staff was really quick to make the change happen once I complained. I also upgraded to a more expensive room when I arrived which also included free breakfast and free drinks in the lounge before 8PM which was also a nice touch and certainly needed after a full day of touristing and shopping. I would definitely recommend a stay here as long as you dont mind a smallish room.- 16-Apr-2009 This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. It is positioned well, just minutes from Orchard Road. We had a buffet dinner at the restaurant which was wonderful. We would higly recommend it.- 13-Apr-2009 A very convenient place to stay.
