 Despite the fact that we book in advance and requested a double bed, quiet room on high floor and smoking, none of these were met. I know this is subject to availability but would have been nice to have at least met one of the requests. We were at the front of the building on the first floor, which was very noisy. Pay films were all in German, would have been nice to have a choice. Would have been nice to have had a mirror by the desk.
