Our booking had us in a garden room rather than a harbour view and this caused a lot of additional work for David who kept assuring us it was no trouble. He is a great asset to your organisation.
Our Suite was cleaned beautifully daily by once again lovely pleasant smiling staff. The restaurant great value for money.- 31-Jan-2009 The location is perfect with fabulous views and great restaurants, art galleries and shopping on the door step as well as a very efficient metro which takes you to the heart of Sydney in a few minutes; the suites are as the name implies, grand.
