 Room wasn't ready until 5.30 - 2 hours after arrival. Light bulbs not working, window catchs broken, general uncleanliness. Cleaning staff and reception staff were brilliant and attended to everything promptly. Have stayed here twice previously, but wouldn't stay in this hotel again.- 08-Dec-2008 The staff at the Hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful - the owner even gave us a lift in his Rolls Royce.
Shops and a bar are within minutes walking distance and a bus stop to the City is just outside the hotel and runs frequently.
