 Very friendly staff and easy to get to. Great simple place to stay.- 15-Jul-2008 very friendly office staff- 30-Apr-2008 Confusion with booking when we arrived. They only had 2 out of the three appartments available, and told us they were full. It wasn't until i should them the receipt paid for the three that they somehow managed to miraculously find us the third apartment . The apartments themselves were clean and well appointed and exactly as they appeared on the website. The location was perfect but we were very disappointed with the quite unhelpful gentleman on the service desks. 1 of our guests were ill and we asked for a bit of a later check-out for them and he was not too accomodating at all. The service (especially front of house) is your first impression of a hotel, and unfortunately for the Punt Hill Manhattan, this area certainly let them down. Despite this, i would recommend them for location, price and good apartment accomodation for Melbourne CBD area- 16-Apr-2008 |
