 I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and always find the staff extremely friendly, helpful and competent. Most can communicate in English. The location is handy, with lots of restaurants close by, and general stores, bakeries, ATMs and hairdressers. The subway station is literally on the doorstep. The downside is the absence of lifts for the 4 floors, but the bellboys are ever-ready to help with luggage.
