Whilst I understand that is is a basically a family resort with self serviced apartments I had booked a"hotel room with tea and coffee making facilities" so had assumed it was a 'hotel' room as such. When we arrived we found there was no remote for the tv, no spare toilet roll, light bulbs not working, only 2 coffee satchets etc (which were never replenished) and no milk in the fridge at all. Although the staff were friendly and they did find us a remote for the tv, request for milk and toilet roll fell on deaf ears. For $170 + per night would have expected the basic services of a hotel room including clean towels etc, I could have booked at a motel and received basic hotel service for half the price. I will not be recommending this resort to associates.- 15-Jan-2009 Hotel restaurant was not open for dinner at all while we were there - would have been good to know this when we booked. Other than that the hotel was great!- 09-Nov-2006 The actual room facilities for the one bedroom apartment were excellent if travelling with children, as it has washing machine, tumble dryer, Fox cable T.V and equipped kitchen made life very easy.- 15-Feb-2003 |
