 Stayed in the newly renovated Hotel and the bathroom smelled. The room was well presented but it had the smell of cement dust - maybe a hangover from the renovation. Service in the restaurant is slow. Maybe Management needs to hire more staff for busy periods. If the smalls and the staff response time can be managed, its a good hotel.- 08-Nov-2009 Nice little hotel in great location. Nancy on the front desk was absolutely brilliant!!!- 21-Jun-2008 The telephone in the room did not work and was not repaired in the two nights I stayed at the hotel. Also the bathroom smelt like a bad drain. Staff were apparently friendly but were slow in responding to requests and upon checkout, the person dealing with me did not appear to be aware that this was chance to influence me to return to the hotel.
