 Having stayed many times at this hotel the overall standard is not anywhere near as good since changing from the Italian group to the NH group. It is now just another ok business hotel. Reception staff are superb however the restaurant waiting staff are very average and can be obnoxious. Being situated on Media Park it is a brisk 20 minute walk to the city centre (Dom and Haupbahnhoff). Trains are about 15 minutes walk (Hansaring Station) and the nearest underground ststion is only a 5 minutes walk. - 16-Dec-2008 We found this hotel absolutly excellent it was well placed, very well run and Extreemly reasonable with its pricing. The staff were fantastic from beginning to end and could not do enough to help. Their resteraunt was superb serving late into the night.
