Good location however standard rooms are small. Would be good to be able to have option to include breakfast as part of room rate

Not a bad place to stay, but also not the best value either. It's best attribute is that it is affordable and near the bund. Avoid using the room internet if possible. We were definitely overcharged for its use and there is no way to refute the charges.

Everything about the hotel was good and I would recommend it BUT two small things could be better: Internet access should be free. It is ridiculous to charge extra for this facility, which is now a "must have". It's like charging extra for running water! Water is included in the room rate. Internet access should be, too. The "western breakfast" was poor. It was in a "banquet room" upstairs and well before the end of the breakfast time, most of the items had run out. The staff were clearing food away about half an hour before the end. Overall, though, for the price, it was good and I will certainly stay there again. SB
