 My three days at the Meritus in Shantou were excellent. Particularly helpful front desk staff who sorted/solved all problems with efficiency and courtesy. Concierge had all info at his fingertips and was most helpful. Facilities were spotlessly clean and well organised. Room was extemely comfortable. Internet, while slow, worked well.
