Pleasant stay with a good view. Excellent location and friendly staff with just a few minutes walk to the main shopping precinct.Will not hesitate recommending friends to book this hotel.

A recent stay at mercure brisbane was ok but booking staff seem to be very confused as to what prices fit what rooms,so what we thought we booked was infact nothing like what we wanted,very dissapointing as it was New Years Eve. Food in the restaurant was very basic and also a dissapointment.Dont think i would stay with Mercure again.

We were disappointed that the rooms had double beds, I am average height and my feet touched the end so my husbands were well over. One queen would have been better. The room facilities were limited although you could request items from room service. The room smelt of cigarettes through the air conditioning -very off putting.
