A very decent hotel;very cheap and esp.its location was wonderful. However,we saw a cockroach in the room, but possibly that was due to fact that the building is quite old.Definitely recommended for travellers who are on a budget.- 28-Jul-2009 The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very polite and helpful, but would forget to pass on'phone messages, and the hotel is in a really poor area with a lot of down and outs hanging around in the evening, but it is very centrally located.Just a short walk from the metro station and the Staples centre.- 22-Jul-2009 This seemed lie a hotel in flux with maid staff not being properly trained nor restaurant staff being properly trained. However, all the staff were very friendly.
For example, beds were made with unpressed sheets and the matching bedspread was found in a cupboard. A curtain was hung precariously and we had to ask housekeeping to fix, which they did.
At breakfast the juice was served last instead of first. No saucers for cups. - 26-Jan-2009 |
