 The fire alarm went off four times throughout the duration of our stay which was one night. Not very pleased with that. The water pressure in the shower left a bit to be desired as well which was disappointing because it was an otherwise pleasant stay. The staff are very courteous- 03-Dec-2008 It was a relief to find all the rooms were non-smoking and the beds were decent. Although there was still the noisy TV next door and slamming doors down the hall, the walls were concrete and hid the noise much better than some places. Staff were helpful and hotel was within a 15 min walk into Civic. The place was in need of an update in some places but comfortable overall.- 17-Dec-2007 Very good location close to CBD. The hotel is rather tired, but OK for a short stay. Room was ordinary, decor and facilities dated. Definitely NOT four star as suggested- 13-Sep-2007 |
