 Very personal style of hotel service.
Great attention to detail. Maurizio in particular was very knowledgable and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Lancaster.- 25-May-2009 Just had two nights and one whole day to spend in Milan, but the hotel choice was the best one I could have made at the rate. Of course the location was not quite the best with no metro lines in the vicinity, but trams run pretty regularly both to Cadorna metro/train station and to the centre.
The room was very clean, a bit crammed, but we had two balconies so that was something extra. The hotel staff was extremely helpful - we had a very early departure and they agreed to serve us cappucinos and croissants an hour before the breakfast buffet was open.
