 This place is a dump. The day we arrived the shower in our room was broken and they didnt want to fix it. Next day the heating and hot water was broken - for 2 days in the middle of winter - again staff were unfriendly and rude, saying "it will be fixed soon"
Beds were old and very very hard, facilites tired and dirty. We gave up in the end and abandoned the place for something else. There are nicer places in Prague for the same money - DO NOT stay here!!- 12-Jan-2007 Location is gerat and price is very good. But especially beds are uncomfortable and there is no hairdryer in the bath.
