 Will not recommend this hotel as service is very bad. Front of house staff indifferent and at times rude to guests - from our personal experience and from observations with other guests. Cannot find booking reservation and kept us waiting for ages, wthout any apology or even curties attitude. The standard room is very poor, with peeling damp walls and dripping toilet. The location is central, but so are many other hotels in the same street, so it cannot claim exclusitivity. We move to a different hotel as they are unable to upgrade us without elaborate bureaucracy. - 03-Nov-2006 |
