The rug on the floor has to be cleaned. Some rooms are on the hill which is also good for the cardiovascular exercise. The breakfast area is small, as a result few lodgers turned back once they see the crowd waiting in line. Additional single chairs should be brought in to seat some customers during the breakfast peak period. The hotel is very close to downtown Manhattan, easy access to NJ Turnpike and the price is very reasonable. All amenities (microwave, refrigerator, AC and the bathroom was clean) in our room were functioning well. I will recommend it to my friends

Some rooms have a depressing outlook(back yard). Basic but adequate breakfast. Room clean, own bathroom, coffee maker and safe box. .Location- depends where you need to be, Shuttle shared with other hotels, 5 dollars e/w to 42nd St (bags extra). Low cost but Good Value.

very much noise from the traffic and no good shedule of the shuttle to return to the hotel. Hotel is far away located from the Hoboken, path station.
