 Had a very enjoyable stay for two nights. We were allowed into the room early which was much appreciated after a 12 hours overnight flight. Also given an extension to checkout time.
The room is very spacious and great for unwinding. On the 15th floor and nice views of city and pool.- 21-Sep-2009 Location is good in terms of the access to the Clarke Quay area with a lot of restaurants and bars. For business purpose you need to take a taxi to Orchard area as well as Central Business District area. MRT station is somewhat hidden below a shopping mall but once found it's quite convenient.
The gym is very small but the pool area is nice.
Receptionists were very helpful and friendly.
Negative point: LAN Internet connection in the room costs a fortune but there are a few free internet stations in the lobby.- 21-Jul-2009 Excellent friendly service. We arrived at the hotel at 6.am expecting to have to leave our bags and fill in a lot of time but the reception staff willingly checked for any early checkouts and arranged for us to be in a cleaned room before 8.am. The standard room was adequate but not great and when we asked the next day if we could change to a room with a balcony we were upgraded to a superior with a king size bed and a view over the river and Clarke quay.
The only complaint would be that the breakfast buffet is overpriced at $30 per person .- 30-Mar-2009 |
