The metro is very conveniently located just 5mins from Empire State building. My wife and I also enjoy the daily breakfast of bagels, cereals, fruits, etc. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean though the age was starting to show a little. However, since we spend most of the time outside, it wasn't too much of a concern for us.

Very helpful in organising taxis when required and for purchasing bus tours and shows

Excellent location. Rooftop bar is sensational (if a little pricey), but the hotel allowed BYO drinks after it closes to outsiders at 11pm. Love the decor!
