 Very lovely hotel - our third stay here. Excellent location (very easy to find, follow signs to 'la gare' off the motorway), very clean and tidy, breakfast very good, as was the meal we had in the bistro attached to the hotel (try the steak or the chicken/ham pie - exquisite)...ideal for an overnight stay, and well discounted on this site, which included breakfast.- 11-Aug-2008 A welcoming hotel, conveniently located to the central railway station and taxi rank, yet providing a quiet night's sleep. It is on the edge of a charming neighbourhood, full of good restaurants and small shops. We stayed for seven nights and would highly recommend it.- 15-Jul-2008 Good breakfast - much more choice than the usual croissant and bread. Food in the attached bistro was also good. We stayed during the Rugby World Cup and the staff were all very interested in our stay and the rugby matches. Hotel is seconds away from Angers St Laud train station with numerous boulangeries and restaurants close by. Highly recommended.- 14-Oct-2007 |
