 I was really shocked that on check-out was asked to pay for breakfast - this the fisrt hotel in Helsinki where breakfast is not included in room rate.- 13-Sep-2008 Only stayed one night en route elsewhere in Finland. Right beside the station but very plush, clean and nice restaurant although menu limited. - 26-May-2007 i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff were extremly friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. the room was very comfortable and th location was excellent. my only complaint was that on the friday it was a public holiday and the city was closed down, we were unaware that this would happen until the night before and so we went to bookwould be open but the hotel restaurant was also c a meal at the hotel restaurant knowing nothing else losed which i thought was, while understandable to some extent, a poor idea given the number of guests staying there. overall though a very positive experience and i would definitly stay there again.- 11-Apr-2007 |
