 I had a problem accessing the premium pay TV channels and when I communicated the problem all the front desk would do is confirm the child lock was off. I asked again later and got the same reply...no offer of any assistance to go the extra distance. I've stayed at this hotel more than six times in the past and definitely won't stay there ever again.- 15-May-2008 |
