We had a lovely time in Brugge celebrating my father's 80th birthday and stayng at the Golden Tulip medici hotel added to the enjoyment of our time( 12 members of the family including a 2year old!).The hotel is in prime position of the town centre and had all to offer that we had expected to make it a good weekend-friendly staff,hearty breakfast,clean,quiet,nice bar lounge to retire into in the evening,etc etc. We will certainly return to this hotel.

The decoration of the rooms is new but very dated. It is a good space and the communal areas are lovely. Relatively easy to drive to. Great location.

Comfortable room, pleasant surroundings and nicely situated on the north side of town about a ten minute walk from the centre, or thirty mins from the main train station.
