 Booking changed by hotel to Regency Hotel. Happy with value and hotel.- 03-Jun-2009 We booked this hotel through HoelClub and got a decent rate. We stayed in Golden Tulip Grand Palace in Amman just for one night. The hotel was excellent value for the money, very clean and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. For dinner they were offering a buffet largely for groups. We were not keen to have a large buffet, the staff were happy to accommodate us with an a la carte menu.- 17-Apr-2009 there is no courtesy to even provide with complimentary water if it charges so high for its room. There are no bathroom sleepers, No shower caps, no dental kit. But the only good thing about the hotel is its location near the business hub shemmeisani and the market place.
