 Excellent location - easy walking distance to shops on George Street or wharf at Darling harbour. Our room although smaller than expected was comfortable with a nice view of the harbour. All the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly and the surprise bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary was a nice touch. We will definitely return.- 11-Nov-2009 The hotel was well suited location wise for my needs, the rooms were just average but clean.
The breakfast is a rip off @ $33.00 full or $28.00 Continental when there are numerous Breakfast venues within a 5 minute walk for half the cost.
When will the bean-counters who run hotel realize breakfast it what makes a hotel
The staff were excellent and very helpful but with so much local competition they should look at the cost of the bars and breakfast- 09-Nov-2009 Good location close to Darling Harbour/Cockle Bay & city. Concierge staff were very helpful. Pricing that weekend everywhere else in Sydney city was ridiculous and yet Sheraton Four Points was very reasonable considering there was beautiful full view of the harbour. Downside - bathroom was small and there was a large brown water mark left in the bath/shower but it washed away easily. Breakfast in-house was expensive at $33 so I chose to go for a short walk to Darling Harbour and even with Sunday surcharge only spent $25 for a big breakfast right on the harbour.- 04-Nov-2009 |
