 We stayed at Magellan Hotel Paris 1st wkeend in August. Loved the location,about 10 min.to Champ-elysses, very close to lovely market. One day we actually took a very enjoyable long walk from hotel to Notre Dame...it was amazing...we passed all major sightseeing ;-)))
Receptionist were always helpful and smiling, breakfast was very tasty with great choice....
Absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone ( except people with limited liability as no lifts)!!!! I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!!!!!- 08-Aug-2008 My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early May this year.
It is situated in a quiet area, approximately 5 minutes walk from a Metro station.
We had a twin room and couldn't fault it. Having coffee making facilities in the room was great, and the breakfast was more then adequate. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice bonus!
I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 08-Jun-2008 The hotel itself was beautiful in the sesnse of situation and appearence, the staff were extremelly friendly and very helpful, helped make the stay very enjoyable. The thing that was most important to me was cleanliness, and i have to say 10 out of 10 for this, not a spec of dirt anywhere.
What lets them down however, is two things: the breakfast which was somewhat dissapointing, it says a cold buffet breakfast, to me it was just bread and cereal! the other thing was the beds, every night i had to restle with the bed covers, the bottom sheet kept comming out and was rather itchy, the duvet which clearly was curting made into a bedsheet and itchy and slippary and didnt keep me all that warm, that was the only thing i had a problem with. other than that it was absolutely fantastic! - 13-Feb-2008 |
