 A restored historic 17th chateau wierdly located just off a modern commercial road in the middle of a rather ordinary suburb of Aix. But the chateau obviously came first. Ongoing restoration doesn't get in the way of totally relaxing stay. Very good food in beautiful garden setting. Beautiful pool. Great service. Spacious vaulted rooms. You feel transported to another time.- 01-Oct-2003 An excellent, typically French Style chateau. Clean, friendly and well positioned. Nice swimming pool area. The staff are very hospitable and I would fully recommend anyone staying in the area to stay. The restaurant is excellent.- 22-Sep-2003 The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful.
