 I stayed here with my friends in Edinburgh. The rooms were adequate, although a bit small and dingy compared to some other student accommodation at Scottish universities. We really appreciated the kitchen facilities, which were very nice. The central location is great for getting to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and night life in the Old Town. However, because of its proximity to bars, there is a lot of noise from people returning home during the wee hours of the morning, so those seeking a good night's sleep would be better off staying in a quieter, more residential area.- 29-Jul-2009 decent- 01-Jul-2009 I stayed for 8 days and my bedsheet was not changed at all!
Also, I only had one towel change when I asked for it!
To be honest, for the price I paid at this hostel, I could have gotten a better environment down the road with Breakfast thrown in!
