 Where to start with the moans about this place. 1. Do not arrive before 3pm because they will not let you into a room. 2. The room did not have any instructions about facilities e.g. How to work Microwave etc etc etc. 3. There was only one glass and when we asked for more we are still waiting. This is the only hotel that I have ever stayed in where we put out our dirty towels to be replaced and on our return found them hanging up, wet and sodden...and finally.....do not accept a room overlooking the massive building works across the road. the nosie is horrendous and starts at some ungodly hour.
