 Good value for money. Excellent location for train station (and bus transfers to Bergamo airport). 15 minute walk to Duomo area. Didn't feel intimidated by the area, which was quiet at night, as suggested by other reviews. Didn't have breakfast in hotel - seemed a little expensive. Plenty of cafes and bars nearby to get coffee/pastries etc. Very much a working city - tourist areas are more expensive to eat and drink as you would expect- 04-Nov-2009 all were perfect except the air conditioning.
The room was very hot and the air conditioning was very bad as the have had old air conditioning machines.
Even if you leave it on for all the night its impossible to have a cold room.
Location - facilities were excellent
- 06-Sep-2009 Staff was well mannered and friendly.Breakfast was good and substantial but the coffee was bad. The room was small but had every thing I needed. Bathroom nice and clean. The weather was cold and the heating system did not function well. But on the whole it was nice , clean, the location was very good very close to the Central station and to the underground. The price was also good. If I were to go for another short stay because of the convenience and good aspects I would stay there again.- 17-Dec-2008 |
