Location
Surrounded by dense forest and greenery, Danubius Lover Hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from the centre of Sopron and is more of a resort complex than simply a hotel. The property is placed just a kilometre away from the bus stop and 2 kilometres from the train station.
Rooms
The 185 guestrooms provided by the hotel are comfortable with modern amenities, overlooking the forest. All the rooms are spacious and gracefully decorated to create a cosy atmosphere.
Restaurant
Guests can dine at the onsite restaurant that serves a wide variety of Hungarian and international cuisine including some of the local specialities. The Drink Bar offers its guests a wide range of drinks and desserts. In addition, the health bar offers an exceptional range of freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices and reduced calorie and vegetarian menus.
General
The technically state of art conference room and the smaller function rooms provide ideal possibilities for organising conferences, seminars and training courses. Recreational facilities at the hotel include a gymnasium, sauna, tennis and solarium.

 Not as good as earlier, the quality of the hotel seems to be worsening , but all in all it's a good hotel, I can really recommend it.- 10-Apr-2009 Check in and out v efficient with multi-lingual Reception staff. Room had nice addition of electric fan and mosquito netting across the windows and I trust if we'd stayed more than 1 night we might have had a balcony. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, despite large number of plate-piling guests. Our a la carte dinner was fine, though portions so gross they seemed to bear scant resemblance to the caloury count on the menu! As non-Hungarian speaker, the basement pool/gym area was a bit tricky to navigate in terms of where to get a towel etc. - 29-Jul-2008 It was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. We were satisfied in every respect. Substantial and delicious breakfast, polite staff, etc. It's worth the money. I would recommend it to everybody.We'll surely go back.
