 Room was booked for 3 adults, furnished with 2 single beds and a folding put you up which was not of a suitable height. (The Copthorn in Christchurch had 2 queen sized beds, which were suitable). The door to the balcony could not be locked and was accessable to an adjacent flat roof. The kettle was not up to an acceptable level of cleanliness. Only provided with two towels on the final nights stay.
