 This is a very basic hotel, but the staff did more than could be expected to help us when our reservation was messed up by Hotel Net. The location is great - - within walking distance of the center of Vienna - - Underground is right outside hotel. If you are just looking for basic accomodations this is a great place to stay.- 03-Oct-2006 These folks were very accommodating, and with the exception of a bit of mildew in the shower, it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. I felt they really tried to make us comfortable and to feel welcome. They were very helpful. The location is ideal. Within walking distance of the major attractions and very close to an U-Bahn station.
